60's Man Inspired

Wearing: Plaid Short Coat/ H&M (Old)  Mustard Pants/F21  High Collared Shirt/Thrifted  Patent Leather Booties/Zara  Black Tote/Michael Kors

Pictures By : Hassan Said

Hello Lovelies, its been a while i know! Its been crazy lately with my family coming to visit from across the globe  and having to work, my head was kinda all over the place and i couldn't focus on writing or taking pictures for my blog. but its all over now and i am back and excited to continue getting inspired and posting more and more.  we sis this shoot not long ago as the weather has been kinda schizophrenic lately. I like to keep warm but also have an option to take off a layer when it suddenly gets hot  as it usually does in LA. i paired those mustard pants with a black shirt and added the coat that has some yellows and pinks in it to match and create more of a suit look. let me know what you think its always nice to get feedback. hope you're off to great start of the week.

All Black at A Secret Getaway in the City!

Wearing: H&M Skirt and Jumper /  Zara Pointed Booties /  Topshop Striped Tote.

Pictures By: Hassan Said

We took a random drive the other day as we sometimes do, and we ended up in a Beautiful hidden place in LA. We found Lake Shrine which is a Hindu Temple in the middle of a beautiful, serene park and lake. it is just one of those places where you can sit for hours not saying word and still feel refreshed and calm. i definitely recommend just going and waking around for abit probably mid week is best cause its empty! anyhow i wore a very simple  outfit since i didn't know exactly where we were heading, all black never fails. But instead of just jeans and t-shirt or shirt, i played with Silhouette mainly. over sized jumper with a slim cotton skirt and some silver for not being too bland.
Let me know what you guys thing and please recommend any hidden place in the City that you like, i would love to know more :)

Contrasting the Weather with Orange

Wearing: Black Cardigan/Forever21  Shirt Dress/Michael Kors  Boots/Harley Davidson      Reversible Tote/ Urban Outfitters & Orange Belt as a Bow tie.

Do you ever feel like contrasting the weather with your outfit? i usually do when its really sunny, i go to black for some reason. And when its gloomy and grey, i like to be colorful. so here is one example of that exact case. we were heading for lunch and it was pretty grey all over, although orange is not my go-to or even a favorite color of mine, i did put it on for the occasion. it was the brightest thing sitting in front of me. I added  this old dress's orange belt for the outfit to look kinda complete, and paired with all black base. let me know what you guys think of this. and have a good productive week ahead.

Mom Jeans & Cropped Jacket

Wearing: Mom Jeans/ Topshop  Halter Top/Forever21  Crop Embellished Jacket/H&M (old)
Large Tote/ Mickael Kors

I've had this Jacket for about 2 years now, and honestly didn't quite wear it that often just because its too dramatic of a piece that could easily turn into a costume if not styled properly. so when i scored this Mom jeans from Topshop a week ago ON SALE! this jacket was the first thing i thought of, as the high waisted jeans is the perfect piece to balance with the jacket. the embellishments added depth to the outfit without it being too dramatic, don't you think?. We took these pictures at the Griffith Park on a beautiful sunny day here in LA and it provided the perfect backdrop to the outfit. let me know what you think and hope you're having a good mellow week.

All Nude hues & Crunchy Skirt

Wearing: Button down sleeveless shirt/ H&M  Skirt/ Thrifted(Old)  Belt/Aldo  Satchel/Urban Outfitters
Sandals/ Seychelles

Hello Hello There! i am really sorry for the lack of posts lately, but as you might know from my Instagram, My husband was away on a work trip so i had no one to take my outfit pictures. Since i have family over from overseas i didn't even have time to think outfits, so i kept updating just Instagram as i go. Anyways i am back and hopefully with full force :) i had these pictures taken right before the trip and right before i turn my hair into even more blonder shade. i sometimes like the comfort of the one color dressing despite that it might be mixing of several shades but it usually works fine for me. hope you guys like this and the new hair as its kinda dictating some of my style right now. have a productive rest of your week and let me know what you guys think.

Faking Jumpsuits

Wearing: Strapless Striped top/H&M   Wide Pants/ Forever21  Bag/CK  Black Shoes/Urban outfitters

Pictures by: Hassan Said

I have been living in these pants since i bought them around 3 weeks ago, i was on my way to the movies when i spotted the pants, obviously i went in and bought them and how happy am that i did. its so comfortable and versatile that it works with almost everything, i am kinda on a hunt for different colors now. since i am also obsessed with jumpsuits and onesies i cheated it this time and wore the high wasted pants with the strapless top and voila! the black blended in perfectly. i get really excited when i cheat outfits, it opens the eye to more creative ways of combining outfits :) let me know what you think, and keep posted if you spot wide colored pants! hope your having a beautiful Sunday.

Comfy Outfits & Night shoots

Wearing: White top/ Bought from Bali market  Black Pants/Forever21  Striped tote/ Top Shop

Pictures by:Hassan Said

last week we decided to go on a quick walk to the ice cream place, so we decided to take some shots too. i am really liking the night shooting thing more and more specially if the outfit is pretty simple and solid colored, i think it works really well, so expect to see more nights on the blog :). i usually dress very comfortably for walks, so i wore this cutout loose top that i scored at the market in Bali,  along with this soft wide legged pants from Forever21 they are perfect to dress up and down and you wont even feel that your wearing anything.oh and the news is i am a blonde now after an incident with my hair dye, but i am embracing it and actually liking it and waiting to see how the color will progress which could lead to something very drastic later ;).back to point, although its pretty simple i really like the loose B&W outfit for any quick occasion with minimal accessories to just add a hint of gold. hope you like it and that your having a productive, positive week :)

The Apple Pan & Flowers

Wearing: White Blouse/H&M   Flower print skirt/Forever21   Black Purse/Vintage
Black Sandals/bought in Egypt
Pictures by: Hassan Said

This was the last series we shot before leaving to Egypt. we were spending the day out, first we had the best old school burgers in town at the Apple Pan then went to catch a movie and walk around. this outfit wasn't really inspired by anything in particular but i was in a feminine but easy mood, hope i succeeded! i scored this vintage inspired print skirt while on sale on the F21 website, i was so happy that it actually fitted well so i can dress it up or down depending on the occasion. i paired it with the very simple 60's looking purse and sandals just cause the skirt is busy enough. let me know what you think. hope your having a pleasant week filled with motivation and success.

San Fransisco Diary Pt.3

Wearing: Black Coat/Forever21  Snaeakers/Reebok  Dress/Vintage
Pictures by: Hassan Said

Hello there, hope everybody is having a decent week. Its been very hectic for me getting ready to travel back to Egypt for 3 weeks and stuff. anyways here is my last look from the San Fransisco trip series.
this day specially was the most busy since we had a lot of errands and places to see and also trying to leave at a decent hour to get back to LA, so i wore this vintage dress that i bought in Hollywood years ago and altered to be a little shorter. also i experimented with the sneaker and dress look and i honestly liked it this time specially that it made things more comfortable, which should be a priority, right? as for my hair since you already know that i didn't have the time to pack i forgot to get anything for my and hair i didn't know what do with it, so i wore the turban and found out that it actually tied the outfit together with the subtle white touches. let me know what you think?
